British Bird Food are a small family run business operating from home in a small village in Shropshire. So we are able to continue to serve our customers, both new and existing from home and in complete isolation.
We are very busy so it may take an extra day to get your order but that doesn't seem to be causing any problems so far.
We have closed our retail shop, but continue to serve local customers from our house, obeying all of the guidelines in doing so.
There is no shortage of stock and we have plenty in store of all fresh products.
As a matter of course all of our packing is done on the day of despatch so it is as fresh as possible when you receive it. We take hygene precautions in packing your goods, but common sense says you should take your own sanitizing precautions when you receive your order. Everything that comes into our house goes through a wash / wipe with diluted bleach - treatment that Teddy (see below) has so far managed to avoid!
Please take care of yourself and your garden friends too if you can.
