Look after Robins this Winter

Feed your garden Robins with the best food this Winter.

The red breasted Robin is such a symbol for our British countryside, but of course they are in towns and cities too and so we can all do our bit towards keeping them healthy and well fed during the cold Autumn and Winter months.

Robins favorite food is dried mealworms, they will devour them as soon as you show the Robins where to find them.you might add some Sunflower Hearts for high energy oil content and maybe a bit of suet for that extra boost of energy, some granulated peanuts  would go down well for a fibre content and finally if you want your Robins to stay with you throughout the cold months, ensure they have a fresh supply of water to drink and bathe in, that is prevented from freezing during extra cold snaps.

Want to find all of the above in one place? - then look no further than our Robin and Tit food, Ice Free and the Robin Feeder. All specifically designed to take care of Robins and small birds like Blue Tits and finches as they struggle to find food throughout the cold months.

Robin and Tit food has Dried Mealworms, sunflower heart chips, peanut granules and add some Suet Pellets to the mix and you have the perfect wild bird food for Robins and the Tit family to see them through the Winter.

Ice free, is a natural way to prevent your wild bird drinking and bathing water from freezing - down to -4ºC. No chemicals involved.

I love Robins Feeder from Jacobi Jayne is a dome covered dish with drainage holes to prevent the bird food from getting wet , making it last longer for the birds to eat and better value for you. What is more the feeder is guaranteed for life, so as long as you have the feeder, if anything happens to it than you can contact Jacobi-Jayne and they will send you the replacement parts free of charge - superb!

So, don't wait too long, if you want to feed your Robins and small birds this Winter, or if you would like to encourage others by giving a gift, then take a look at the products in the links above - plus lots more in our online wild bird food shop.
